At SuperBottoms, we want you and your baby to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the products are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags intact before securely packing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or the exchange item will be shipped.
